Turn off your stopcock, usually under the kitchen sink, and switch off any electrics near the leak if it’s safe to do so. Then call us, or request an urgent visit online.
Phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm. We don’t offer out-of-hours call-outs. Requests sent outside these hours are answered first thing the next working morning.
Clearflow started with a simple idea: plumbing should feel easy to arrange and good to have done. We turn up when we say we will, explain things clearly and never leave a mess behind.

Often, yes, on weekdays. Call or book early and we’ll tell you whether we can come the same day. We don’t offer out-of-hours call-outs.

Yes. We look at the job, explain what needs doing and agree the price with you before any work begins.
